面向文献信息检索过程的用户认知转移行为研究

A Study on Users' Behaviors of Cognitive Shifts in the Process of Literature Retrieval

通过对相关文献的研究述评,结合已有的用户调查数据,研究用户文献信息检索过程中的用户认知转移行为,认为用户的文献信息检索过程是用户认知与系统认知交互迭代的动态过程。在交互过程中,用户常常会发生认知转移行为。在此基础上研究3个问题:解析用户认知过程中的认知阶段,构建用户的认知过程模型;确定用户认知转移行为类型;分析影响用户认知转移的因素。

Through a review of relevant literature, combining with the existing data, the paper studies the users＇ behaviors of cognitive shifts in the process of literature retrieval. The author considers that the process of literatuer retrieval is a dynamic and interactive process of users＇ cognition and system＇s cognition. In the interactive process, the cognitive shifts often occur. On the basis, there are three problems to be solved： the first one is that the cognitive stages are identified and the cognitive process is constructed; the second one is that the types of cognitive shifts are identified; the third one is that the factors affecting users＇ cognitive shifts are analyzed.
