摘要
通过分析2例男性特发性低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症(IHH)的诊治经过及生育结局,结合文献复习,探索IHH的诊疗途径和预后。2例男性IHH患者分别因不育和发育问题求治,病例均经过HCG和HMG联合治疗,分别于治疗后3个月、12个月出现第二性征发育、睾丸总容积增加,分别于治疗后1年、1年半产生精子,分别于治疗后1年半及2年使配偶自然妊娠。通过对上述病例的总结及文献复习,IHH患者的治疗结局较好,生育结局满意。
Based on literatures review and diagnosis and treatment of two patients with idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism（ IHH）,the protocol of diagnosis and treatment and prognosis were analyzed. The two cases of male IHH were seeking medical help due to male infertility and development of male characteristics. They were treated with both HCG and HMG. The secondary sexual characteristics of them were improved,including the volume of testis increased,3 and 12 month after treatment separately. Spermatogenesis occurredone year and one and a half year after treatment separately. Natural pregnancy occurredone and a half year and two years after treatment separately.
