复方玄驹胶囊对2型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍患者AGEs、AngⅡ的影响及临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect of Fufang Xuanju capsule in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction and impact on AGEs and AngⅡ

目的:运用复方玄驹胶囊治疗糖尿病勃起功能障碍,观察其临床疗效,同时检测患者的AGEs及AngⅡ水平,研究其治疗糖尿病勃起功能障碍的作用机理。方法:将60例糖尿病勃起功能障碍患者采用随机数字表的方法,分为治疗组30例、对照组30例,在其血糖控制正常的情况下分别给予复方玄驹胶囊和六味地黄丸治疗,疗程3个月,观察糖尿病勃起功能障碍患者治疗前后性功能恢复症状及勃起功能国际问卷(ⅡEF-5)评分。同时通过患者血清学检查(ELISA)法及放免法,检测患者在治疗前后AGEs及AngⅡ的变化。结果:复方玄驹胶囊治疗组患者的勃起功能、勃起功能国际问卷(ⅡEF-5)明显提高(P<0.05);治疗组患者AGEs及AngⅡ治疗前后均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与对照组相比改善明显;对照组AGEs及AngⅡ治疗前后均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方玄驹胶囊对糖尿病性勃起功能障碍疗效显著,降低糖尿病患者血液AGEs及AngⅡ水平为其发挥作用的重要机制。

Objectives： Clinical curative effect of fufangxuanju capsule in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction and impact on AGEs and AngⅡ so as to study the treatment mechanism of diabetic erectile dysfunction.Methods： 60 patients with diabetic erectile dysfunction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Under the condition that patients were in normal blood sugar level,they were given fufangxuanju capsule and pill of six ingredients with rehmannia treatment respectively,for a course of treatment of 3months. Sexual function recovery symptoms and erectile function international questionnaire（ ⅡEF-5） score of the patients before and after treatment were observed. ELISA method（ ELISA） was used test each AGEs and AngⅡ expression level. Results： The erectile function and ⅡEF-5 score in treatment group increased significantly（ P〈0. 05）. Difference in AGEs and AngⅡ between before and after treatment was significant in the treatment group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Difference in AGEs and AngⅡ between before and after treatment was not significant in the control group（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： In the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction,fufangxuanju capsule has remarkable effect through reducing serum AGEs expression level and AngⅡ protein expression level.
