腹部B超联合宫颈环扎在复发性晚期流产防治中的应用价值分析

Application value of abdominal ultrasound combined with cervical cerclage in prevention of recurrent late abortion

目的:探讨腹部B超联合宫颈环扎在复发性晚期流产防治中的应用价值。方法:通过分析2014年2月至2015年6月在医院分娩有复发性晚期流产史的孕妇患者112例,包括接受腹部B超联合宫颈环扎治疗的56例患者(观察组)和56例接受保守治疗的患者(对照组),观察分析两组患者治疗的临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗结束后胎儿存活率、早产率和流产率比较差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、血管紧张素和肾素四项应激指标显著低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-6三项炎症指标显著低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹部B超联合宫颈环扎可有效预防复发性晚期流产,有效提高新生儿存活率,临床值得推广。

Objectives： To investigate the application value of abdominal ultrasound combined with cervical cerclage in prevention of recurrent late abortion. Methods： 112 patients with history of late abortion in our hospital from February 2014 to June 2015 were selected. 56 patients who received abdominal ultrasound combined with cervical cerclage were selected as study group and 56 patients who received conservative treatment were selected as control group. The clinical efficacy of two groups was observed and analyzed. Results： The fetal survival rate,preterm birth rate and abortion rate of two groups after treatment were significantly different（ P〈0. 05）. The epinephrine,noradrenaline,angiotensin and renin four measures of emergency in observation group were significantly lower than these in control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05） The tumor necrosis factor-a,interleukin-1 and interleukin-6 of observation group were significantly lower than theses in control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Abdominal ultrasound combined with cervical cerclage is effective in preventing recurrent late abortion,which can effectively improve newborn survival rate and is worth clinical promoting.
