输尿管软镜碎石术预置输尿管支架必要性的探讨 被引量:9

摘要 随着输尿管软镜器械的逐渐改进和输尿管软镜碎石技术的提高完善,输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术正快速普及和推广。但是,术前是否行输尿管支架置入对输尿管进行预扩张这一问题一直困扰患者和泌尿外科医师。本文对预置输尿管支架的优势和不足进行综述,建议应选择性的进行输尿管支架预置,并进行相关临床研究以明确预置目标人群。
