幸福感指数对老年高血压患者社会功能的影响

The effects of happiness index on the social function of elderly patients with hypertension

目的 探讨幸福感指数对老年高血压患者社会功能的影响.方法 2015年2月至2016年5月选择在社区卫生服务中心进行诊治的老年高血压患者240例,进行人口社会学调查、社会功能测定、幸福感指数测定和相关性分析.结果 240例患者SAS和SDS评分分别为（45.24±3.19）分和（41.40±2.95）分,焦虑和抑郁发生率分别为8.3%和5.4%.240例患者的主观幸福感总分为（33.29±3.89）分,正性因子和负性因子分别为（23.56±4.82）分和（9.15±2.29）分.直线相关性分析显示,老年高血压患者的SAS和SDS评分与幸福感总分、正性因子分和负性因子分都呈明显负相关（P〈0.05）.多元逐步回归分析结果显示,婚姻状况、病程、SAS评分、文化程度为影响幸福感指数的主要因素（P〈0.05）.结论 老年高血压患者多伴有焦虑、抑郁等社会功能低下状况,有着较低的主观幸福感,两者可互相影响,形成恶性循环.临床护理应重视患者的心理支持,以降低负性情绪.

Objective To explore the effects of happiness index on the social function of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods From February 2015 to May 2016,240 patients in Community Health Service Center for diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with hypertension were selected,the population and social function, happiness index were given investigation and correlation analysis. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in 240 pa-tients were（45.24±3.19）points and（41.40±2.95）points respectively. The incidence of anxiety and depression were 8.3% and 5.4% respectively. The total scores of subjective happiness index score of 240 patients were （33.29 ± 3.89）points,and the positive factor score were （23.56±4.82）points,and the negative factor score were （9.15± 2.29）points. Linear correlation analysis showed that elderly hypertensive patients with SAS and SDS scores were negative correlated to the subjective happiness index scores,positive factor scores and negative factor scores （P〈0.05）. Multiple stepwise regression analysis results showed that the marital status,course of disease,the score of SAS,cultural degree were the main influencing factors for the happiness index score （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The elderly hypertensive patients are more with low status such as depression,anxiety and other social features,it has a lower subjective happiness index and both can influence each other that result in vicious circle,clinical nursing should pay more attention to the psychological support of patients and reduce negative emotions.
