从 2 0世纪初开始 ,中日学术界围绕日本平城京的模仿原型展开讨论 ,存在三种观点。其一是以日本学者关野贞先生的观点为代表 ,他在 190 7年就提出了“模仿隋唐长安城说”的新观点 ;其二则是以中国学者宿白教授的观点为代表 ,他在 1978年又提出了“仿效隋唐时代长安和洛阳的制度 ,是它们的共同点”的所谓“模仿隋唐长安城和洛阳城说” ;其三乃是以日本学者岸俊男先生的观点为代表 ,他在 2 0世纪 70年代以来否定了关野贞先生和宿白先生的学说 ,提出了“模仿魏晋南北朝都城说”

In the beginning of the 20th century,there are three different views on the initative prototype of Japanese Pingchengjing in the Chinese and Japanese academic circles.The first one is Japanese scholar Mr.Cuan Yezhens new view put forward in 1907 that it imitated Changan City in the Sui Tang dynasties.The second one is Chinese scholar.professor SU Bais view put forward in 1978 that it imitated Changan City and Luoyang City in the Sui Tang dynasties.The third one is another Japanese scholar Mr.Anjunnans view put forward in 1970s that it imitated the city of the Wei Jin and Non Bei dynasties.
