摘要
恶性胸腔积液发病率和病死率高,但发病机制不清,目前以姑息治疗为主.本文就近年来恶性胸腔积液局部和全身治疗方法及进展加以综述,旨在为临床医师提供参考.
The morbidity and mortality of malignant pleural effusion （MPE） are high,but the mechanism of MPE is not clear.The mainly therapy is palliative care or symptomatic treatment.This paper summarizes some methods of local and systematic treatment and progress about MPE,which can provide reference for physicians.
