摘要
高职物流管理专业培养的毕业生应该是能知能行,但是在教学过程中存在知行脱钩的问题,因此与知行合一教育思想存在契合点。文中提出四个解决措施:以学生为中心而非教师为中心;设置情境和任务展开教学;注重过程考核;加强顶岗实习指导;实训过程中避免行而不知。
the graduate of logistics management major should be good at knowledge and action.But actually the knowledge is break away from action during the teaching process,so the teaching process has a coincident point with the educational thought of knowledge and action.There are four solutions in this article:the center is student but not teacher;setting situation and assignment during teaching;paying attention to procedure assessment;reinforcing guidance of substituted post exercitation;avoiding action but not having knowledge during the training process.
