摘要
对黔东不同类型的稻田脲酶活性特征及其影响因素的研究结果表明:不同类型水稻土的脲酶激发容量和激发速率差别很大。高产田与低产田具有各自的脲酶活性动态曲线。影响脲酶活性的主要因素有土壤活性还原物质、全氮、有机质、全磷、物理性砂粒、pH、温度、基础铵量、基质浓度(尿素施用量)、有机肥料等,土壤活性还原物质高时,其对土壤脲酶活性的影响大大超过pH和有机质。这为生产上合理施肥提供了一定的科学依据。
Urease activity characteristics and its influence facters of differentlow-yield paddy fields in east region of Guizhou were studied. The results of experiments were summarized as follow.There are great differences in ureasestimulative capacity and rate among different low-yield paddy fields. The high yield paddy field ’ and low-yield paddy fields, have respectivelydifferent dynamic curves of urease activity. Active reductive substances total nitroden, organce matter, total phosphate, physical sand,pH temperature basic ammonium quantity, concentration of ground substance(application quantityof urea) and various organic fertilizers are the main facters which influenceurease activity. As there is the great content of active reductive substance in paddy field, it influences urease activity more pre-eminently than pH and orgaic matter. These results may be provided for certain scientific reference in the adequate application of urea in practice.
