摘要
目的:探讨在双C臂DSA引导下实施低温等离子射频消融术治疗颈性眩晕的应用价值。方法:采用双C臂DSA引导行颈椎等离子髓核成型术治疗颈性眩晕患者32例,单C臂透视下低温等离子射频消融术治疗颈性眩晕患者36例。对比分析手术时间、透视时间、透视次数、穿刺次数、照射剂量及观察术后颈性眩晕改善情况。结果:所有患者均安全完成手术,双C臂DSA引导组手术时间、透视时间明显缩短,透视次数减少,照射剂量也在一定程度上降低。结论:双C臂DSA引导下低温等离子射频消融术治疗颈性眩晕具有定位精确、操作安全、手术时间短、副损伤小、见效快,无并发症。
Objective: To explore the application value of the implementation of radiofrequeucy ablation in the treatment of cervical vertigo under the guidance of double C ann DSA. Methods: 32 patients of cervical vertigo were treated by low temperature plasma radio- frequency ablation under the guidance of double C arm DSA while 36 patients were treated under the guidance of single C ann. Then make the contrast analysis of the operation time, fluoroscopy time, fluoroscopy times, puncture times, irradiation dose and the improvement of cervical vertigo postoperatively. Results: All patients underwent surgery safely, the group guided by double arm C DSA was significantly shorter than another one in operation time, fluoroscopy time and fluoroscopy times, besides the irradiation dose is reduced to a certain extent. Conclusion: The implementation of radiofrequeney ablation in the treatment of cervical vertigo under the guidance of double C ann DSA has the advantage of accurate positioning, safe operation, shorter operation time, less injury, quick, and no complications.
