摘要 采用硝酸+高氯酸湿法消解和微波消解样品,用电感耦合等离子体原予发射光谱法测定灌木枝叶和茶叶样品溶液中硫、磷含量。测定植物中标准物质样品磷和硫含量的结果均在标准值允许误差范围内,测定结果准确可靠,精密度好,磷的回收率在98.5%-103.5%之间,硫的回收率在97.3%-103.9%之间。该方法具有较好的准确度和精密度,可满足植物中磷和硫含量的测定。 The samples have been digested by using nitric and perchlorate wet and microwave digestion, and the contents of sulfur and phosphorus in bush branches and tea leaves were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry. The contents of phosphorus and sulfur in the standard samples were all within the allowable error range of the standard value. The analytical results were accurate and reliable, and the precision is well. The recovery of phosphorus is between 98.5% -103.5%, and the recovery of sulfur is between 97.3% - 103.9%. This method has good accuracy and precision, and can be used for the determination of phosphorus and sulfur in plants.
