摘要
绝大多数骨肉瘤属髓内型,骨旁型骨肉瘤少见。后者好发于长骨,特别是股骨远端和胫骨近端,发生于颌骨者罕见。作者近年来见到2例上颌骨骨旁骨肉瘤,并结合文献中有具体资料的6例,分析其临床病理特征,供临床和病理工作者监别诊断时参考。
This paper presents two cases of para-osteal osteosarcoma of the jaws, and the oth-er 6 cases of the same category roprted inthe medical literature are now collected toge-ther for clinico pathological analysis. Basingon the records of the 8 cases, the clinical fe-atures and pathological changes of parostealosteosarcoma of the jaws were picked out andhow to make differential diagnosis from fibr-ous epulis, osteoma, ossifying fibroma, medu-llary osteosarcoma and myositis are discussed.
