摘要
树脂类口腔修复材料被广泛应用于窝沟封闭、树脂粘接以及窝洞充填等口腔修复治疗。为提高树脂材料的生物性能和机械性能,大量新型树脂材料应运而生。研究表明,树脂基材料中未完全反应的残留单体可引起严重的细胞毒性和遗传毒性反应,造成细胞功能不可逆性损伤。文章对近年来复合树脂细胞毒性相关研究做一综述,以期在改善树脂类材料生物相容性方面提供帮助。
Dental resin restorative materials have been widely used in the treatment of oral cavity repair,such as pit and fissure sealant,resin bonding,cavity filling and so on.In order to improve the biological and mechanical properties of the resin materials,a large number of new types of resin materials have come into being.The study has shown that the residual monomer in the resin-based materials can cause severe cytotoxicity and genetic toxicity,which can cause irreversible damage to the cell function.In this paper,the study on the toxicity of composite resins in recent years is reviewed,and it is helpful to improve the biocompatibility of the resin.
