摘要
近年来,为了缩小儿童的学业差距,加强幼儿园、学前班和小学低年级教育的衔接,提高整体教育效益,美国实施了推进P-3学段教育的政策。为此,美国采取提高幼儿园教育质量、促进幼儿园和学前班的有效衔接、提供全日制学前班和实行入学测试等策略,以及加强领导和问责,实现P-3学段在学习标准、课程规划和评估方式的衔接,整合财政投入,增强统筹管理等保障条件,确保这一政策的推进。
In recent years,America had implemented the policy of advancing the edu-cation from Pre-K to 3rdGrade(P-3)so as to close the achievement gap between children,strengthen the cohesion of P-3 education and improve the benefits of the overall education.Four strategies was used including to enhance the quality of pre-k education,promote thetransition between Pre-K and kindergarten effectively,provide full-day kindergarten andtake Kindergarten Entrance Assessment(KEAs). And it was through the establishment ofthe foundations of strengthening leadership and accountability,aligning the learning stan-dard,curriculum planning and assessment method of P-3 education,integrating financialinvestment and coordinating the system and management that ensured the advancement ofthe policy.
