欧亚大陆经济走廊建设是"一带一路"的重要工程之一,对中欧两大市场加强合作对接至关重要。但经济走廊建设面临着多重风险,主要包括:欧盟分裂或解体风险,民粹主义和贸易保护主义的威胁,欧俄之间的相互制裁,乌克兰危机,移民或难民问题,陆路和海路两种运输模式的竞争,中俄在通道建设上的竞争等。针对上述问题,应综合平衡和处理好宏观和微观、计划和市场、海路和陆路、中俄竞争与合作等问题。

The Eurasian Continent Economic Corridor is an important part of the Belt and Road Initiative,which is crucial to the cooperation and synergy between the two big markets of China and Europe.However,the construction of the corridor faces many risks,mainly including dissolution and disintegration of the EU,populism and trade protectionism,mutual sanctions between EU and Russia,the Ukraine Crisis,migration and refugee crisis,competition of land and sea transportation,and competition between China and Russia for corridor building.To resolve those risks,China should properly balance macro and micro management and carefully handle the relationship between economic planning and market mechanism,land and sea transportation as well as China-Russia competition and cooperation.
