Primary blast hmg injury： An overview

随着全世界范围爆炸武器使用频率增长及爆炸事件的频发，爆炸引起的损伤受到越来越多的关注，肺冲击伤（blast lung injmy，BLI）由于高死亡率引起广泛关注。本文从冲击波特征、致伤机制以及BLI病理生理、临床表现、诊断及治疗几个方面进行综述。

With the increasing use of explosive weapons and the frequent occurrence of explosives around the world, the damage caused by the explosion is attracting more and more attention. Primary blast lung injury caused widespread concern due to high mortality. In this paper, the characteristics of blast wave, the mechanism of lung injury, and the pathophysiology, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of blast lung injury were reviewed.
