摘要
以露珠杜鹃种子为试材,采用不同浓度(100、205、500mg·L^(-1))的赤霉素(GA_3)浸种处理,测定其发芽率和生理指标,探讨赤霉素提高种子活力的生理机理。结果表明:GA_3浸种能明显提高露珠杜鹃种子的发芽率,其中250mg·L^(-1) GA_3浸种促进萌发的效果最佳;250mg·L^(-1) GA_3浸种能显著增强种子的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性则在100mg·L^(-1)的GA_3浸种时显著增强;GA_3浸种能显著降低种子的可溶性蛋白质和丙二醛(MDA)含量。SOD、POD活性和可溶性蛋白质含量与种子活力指数呈极显著相关关系。
Seeds of Rhododendron irroratum were used as materials and soaked by different concentrations of GA3solutions(100,250,500mg·L^-1).The germination rate and physiological index of Rhododendronirroratum were determined to study the mechanism of improving seed vitality.The results showed that the germination rate could significantly improved by soaking with GA3,the germination rate was the highest when GA3 concentration was250mg·L^-1.SOD and POD activities were significantly enhanced by soaking with 250mg·L^-1 GA3.CAT activity was significantly enhanced by soaking with 100mg·L^-1 GA3.The contents of MDA and soluble protein were significantly reduced by immersing with GA3.SOD,POD activities and soluble protein content were significantly correlated with seed vigor index.
