葡萄园果蝇田间发生动态及诱捕技术

Population Dynamic and Trapping Methods for Fruit Fly in Vineyard

以葡萄园果蝇为研究对象,采用调查及不同诱捕器诱集的方法,研究了葡萄园果蝇全年种群动态及不同诱捕器对果蝇的引诱效果,并寻找了诱捕器的最佳悬挂高度。结果表明:葡萄园果蝇种群动消长动态中共出现12个峰,其中果蝇发生高峰出现在5月下旬至6月上旬、9月中旬至10月上旬;糖醋液、香蕉果肉、糖醋液+香蕉果肉、葡萄果肉及糖醋液+葡萄果肉均对果蝇有显著引诱效果,其中以糖醋液+香蕉果肉与香蕉果肉诱集效果最好,且糖醋液与香蕉果肉、葡萄果肉混合并未产生明显的增效或抑制作用。葡萄园诱捕器最佳悬挂高度以0.8~1.2m为宜。

In order to understand the field dynamics of fruit flies in the vineyard,master the trapping techniques of fruit flies,and give the views on the prevention and control of Drosophila melanogaster harm,the field experiment was conducted in Longzhuang vineyard,Eden,Nanchong city,Sichuan Province from January to December,2015.The results showed that there were 12 peaks in the dynamics graph of Drosophila melanogaster population,and the peak of Drosophila appeared from early May to middle June,middle September to early October.Sweet and sour pulp,banana pulp,sweet and sour pulp＋banana pulp,grape pulp and sweet and sour liquid ＋ grape pulp all had remarkable attracting effect on fruit fly,among them,sweet and sour pulp and banana pulp had the best trapping effect,and the sweet and sour liquid mixed with banana pulp and grape pulp did not produce significant synergistic or inhibitory effect.Vineyard trap the best suspension height of 0.8-1.2mwas appropriate.
