摘要
大学各院系是促使校友形成对母校认同的主要组织依托。从组织能动性的视角来看,密西根大学教育学院作为一个积极的行动者,通过在正式与非正式场景中设计学术探讨类、公共事务类和私人情谊联络类的集体活动,为组织成员间有规律地持续互动,创造了时空交错的多样化的机会。这些集体活动包括秋季联谊、全院会议、期末庆祝、炉边谈话、俱乐部、午餐会、教师招聘会、院长遴选座谈会、学术年会招待等。组织成员凭借这些活动在多大程度上实现了组织认同是待研究的问题。
From the perspective of organizational initiative, School of Education of University of Michigan, as a positive actor, tries to design collective activities about academic discussion, public affairs, and private friendships in some formal and informal settings. In different time and space, these activities create various opportunities for regular and persistent interaction among school community. These activities mainly include fall re-connection, all-school meeting, end-of-semester celebration, dean' s fireside chat, club, brown bag meeting, teacher recruitment meeting, town hall meeting on clean selection, annual reception at academic meeting, and so on.
