摘要
作为一项在英国16-19岁教育阶段实施的新的三级资格课程计划,核心数学课程的实施源于高中阶段数学教育的危机、高等教育对数学技能的需要以及劳动力市场对数学技能的需求等。该课程重在培养学生的数学应用能力,实施必修课和选修课相结合的编排方式,注重应用基于问题解决的教学模式,并根据专业项目的需要分别通过5个专业团体授予的应用数学证书、情境数学证书、工作与生活数学证书、量性推理证书、量性问题解决证书和AQA数学学习证书等6个证书加以认证,形成了较为规范的运行框架。
As a new Level 3 qualification curriculum practiced in 16-19 education of U.K., Core Mathematics is the result of the demand for Mathematics learning from upper-secondary education, higher education and labor market. In order to develop the Mathematics applied competencies, Core Mathematics is in timetable in forms of optional block or requirement, develops students' problem-solving skills in teaching, and awards six certificates in Using & Applying Mathematics, Mathematics in Context, Mathematics for Work & Life, Quantitative Reasoning, Quantitative Problem Solving, and Mathematical Studies by five professional organizations, which could be a significant lesson for Mathematics curriculum reform in China high schools.
