On one hand, it was classic culture identify by people through selections; On the other hand, it didn＇t fit the time changes. Especially the repaid development of the modern industrial revolution, makes each country to popularize education among the whole people. It＇s a trend of modern world education that education moves from elitism to public, and from school to lifetime. It＇s a big deal among education policies to investigate how the mother tongue adapts to the trend between modernism and internationalization.
