国际贸易方式演进对城市化模式的影响——以义乌市为例

基于职业中间商嵌入性生发与集聚的事实,重点分析了国际贸易方式演进对地区城市化的作用机制和促进效应。结果显示,由专业化经济程度与交易效率充分改进带来的职业中间商空间集聚促进了国际贸易方式由直接型向迂回型演变的过程,推动地区进入成本型城市化、效率型城市化两个发展阶段。基于案例的实证研究表明,市场带动、工贸联动及国际化驱动推动浙江义乌的国际贸易方式从直接型逐步向代理型与市场采购型演进,由此形成了由成本型城市化向半城市化进而向新型城市化演进的独具特色的城市化发展道路,促进了贸易制度与技术条件的双重转型和城市化权利改革,对于推动地区真正跨入以效率提升为核心和以人为本的新型城市化具有重要意义。

Based on professional intermediaries＇ embedded in certain economic space, this essay analyzes the influ- ence mechanism and promotion effect of international trade pat- terns evolution on regional urbanization. The results show that： With the improvement of specialization level and trade efficien- cy, professional intermediaries＇ agglomeration in spatial makes international trade way change from direct -type to circuitous - type, thus there exists two kinds of urbanization model, namely, cost- type urbanization and efficiency- type urbanization. The exploratory empirical case study shows that the market leading, industry and trade linkage and internationalization driving have promoted international trade way from direct - type to the procurement agent - type and market - procurement trade gradually in Yiwu City of Zhejiang Province, thus a Yiwu - characteristic urbanization road which experiences from cost - type urbanization to half - type urbanization and new - type urbanization has been formed. To promote dual transformation of trade system and trade technical conditions and to bring out urbanization entitlement reform are of great significance to boost the new - type urbanization.
