我国校地共建图书馆管理机制的调查研究

A Study on the Management Mechanism of China's Co-construction of University and Public Library

校地共建共享图书馆是一种跨系统的创新合作模式,合理的管理机制是影响该模式发展的关键因素。文章对国内11所该类图书馆的管理机制进行调查,研究了其合作类型、投资方式、管理模式、运营经费、人事管理等;简析了校地共建图书馆管理机制存在的问题,提出保持经费供给一致、注重顶层设计、建立法律保障与加强绩效管理等建议。

Co-construction of University and Public Library is an innovative cooperation model crossing the system boundaries in China. The paper takes surveys on management mechanisms of 11 co-construction of university and public libraries on aspects such as cooperation type, investment model, management system, operation fund and human resource management. It also analyzes the problems and gives suggestions such as guaranteeing fund supply, highlighting the top-level design, building law system and enhancing performance management.
