The four aspects of collaborative peer training model including establishment, framework process, practice and evaluation are introduced in detail, which is based on user instruction of Capital Normal University Library. The elements, impact factors and improvement methods are further analyzed and summarized. The main elements are collaboration, librarian guide, and standardized event management. The main factors include multiple theme design, levels of incentive mechanism and using graphic tools. And several ways which are beneficial to the improvement of collaborative peer training mode are also discussed such as activities oriented, information literacy education, fully open process management, and multidimensional ability training.
