摘要 基于朋辈教育模式在首都师范大学图书馆用户培训中的应用,详细介绍了协作式朋辈培训模式的建立、框架与流程、实践以及评价,同时分析了协作式朋辈培训模式的构成要素、影响因素和完善途径。构成要素包括协作、图书馆员引导、活动管理;影响因素包括多角度的主题设计、层级的激励机制、图示工具的使用;完善途径包括丰富活动定位,开展信息文化教育,全开放式流程管理,树立多维能力培养的目标。 The four aspects of collaborative peer training model including establishment, framework process, practice and evaluation are introduced in detail, which is based on user instruction of Capital Normal University Library. The elements, impact factors and improvement methods are further analyzed and summarized. The main elements are collaboration, librarian guide, and standardized event management. The main factors include multiple theme design, levels of incentive mechanism and using graphic tools. And several ways which are beneficial to the improvement of collaborative peer training mode are also discussed such as activities oriented, information literacy education, fully open process management, and multidimensional ability training.
