Enhance the Explanatory Power and Discourse Right of Political Economics of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

研究社会主义市场经济运行规律应该坚持"一般"与"特殊"的两分法,既要研究社会主义市场经济运行中体现出来的现代市场经济一般规律,更要运用马克思主义政治经济学的立场观点方法,从中国经济运行现阶段的实际而不是某些教条出发,进行总结与概括,从而不断彰显中国特色社会主义政治经济学对于经济运行规律的解释力和话语优势。中国特色社会主义政治经济学关于社会主义市场经济运行规律的研究进展,主要体现在经济运行层次的划分、微观经济运行机理、微观监管必要性及其特征、中观经济运行特征、总供给与总需求平衡理论基础、供给管理与需求管理,以及宏观调控的特征、经验、目标及手段,宏观经济波动等八个方面。本文是高等教育出版社出版的《中国特色社会主义政治经济学》"经济运行"篇的概述。

The study of the socialist market economy should adhere to the law of ＂general＂ and ＂special＂ dichotomy, it is necessary to study the socialist market economy in the operation of the modern market economy embodied in the general law, but also to use the position, viewpoints and methods of Marxist Political Economics, from the actual stage of China＇s economic operation rather than some doctrines to summarize, and thus continues to highlight the explanatory power and discourse right of political economics of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The progress of the study on the law of politi- cal economics of socialism with Chinese characteristics is mainly embodied in the follow- ing eight aspects： the division of economic operation level, the principle of microeco nomic operation, the necessity and characteristics of micro-regulation, the characteristics of meso economic operation, the foundation of total supply and total demand balance theo- ry, supply management and demand management, the characteristics, experience, ob- jectives and means of macro-control, and macroeconomic fluctuations. This paper is a summary of ＂Economy Operation＂ in Socialist Political Economy with Chinese Charac teristics published by Higer Education Press.
