Enhance the Ability of Socialist Political Economy with Chinese Characteristics to Illustrate China's Opening-up and Global Governance

改革开放以来,我国坚持对外开放的基本国策,积极参与经济全球化进程,逐步融入了世界经济体系之中并实现了快速发展,取得了巨大的成功。对外开放和参与经济全球化不仅是建设中国特色社会主义的世界场景,也是中国经济发展的重要动力和社会主义市场经济的内在要求,更是中国特色社会主义制度优越性的具体表现,因此,对这一伟大的历史实践的经验总结和理论阐释是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的重要部分。在关于中国特色对外开放的研究中,我们系统地讨论了经济全球化、对外经济关系以及全球经济治理等问题,梳理了中国特色对外开放以及参与全球治理的基本经验及其理论和实践意义。

After the Reform and Opening-up policies, China has followed a same basic line of opening and participated the process of economic globalization, which has led it onto a highway of economic growth. Opening-up and fitting into the economic globaliza- tion is something more than building a world view of Socialism with Chinese character- istics or the engine of China＇s growth, it is the intrinsic demand of Socialist market e- conomy and the advancement of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is important to summarize the experience of such great practices and theorize it, which consist an im- portant part of Socialist Political Economy with Chinese Characteristics. This paper dis- cussed the economic globalization, China＇s economic relations with foreign countries and the issue of global governance, put the experience of China＇s opening-up and global governance into order and shed some light on its theoretical and practical values.
