摘要
通过系统分析戴姆勒集团在美国、中国和印度履行企业社会责任的情况,发现戴姆勒在不同东道国履行企业社会责任存在明显的国别差异,具体表现在教育支持的关注点、社区关怀的项目安排、对环境保护的参与程度等方面。造成这种国别差异的原因有跨国公司自身的因素,但东道国因素起主导作用。已经或即将"走出去"从事对外直接投资的中国企业,需要高度重视企业社会责任,可以借鉴戴姆勒集团的经验精准实施企业社会责任项目。
Using the Daimler Group as a typical case,this paper finds obvious national differences of Daimler's performing corporate social responsibility in U. S.,China and India. These differences lie at the focus of educational support,the arrangement of community caring programs,and the extent of involvement in environmental protection. Among all the determinants of these differences,the external variables from host countries play a more dominant role than the internal variables of the TNC. It is thus of significance and necessity for those going- international enterprises of China to use Daimler's experience for reference. The paper finally raises specific proposals for Chinese enterprises to fulfill their corporate social responsibility in different host countries efficiently,effectively and sustainably.
