光电稳定平台隔振系统的设计与优化 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高光电稳定平台的精确性和稳定性,根据稳定平台振动环境,设计了一套被动隔振系统。在飞行振动实验中,获得了光电稳定平台安装位置的振动环境,通过数据处理得到其频谱曲线。采用减震器并联的方式,以振动传递率为评价指标,设计并优化了稳定平台隔振系统的刚度、阻尼参数。在ADAMS中进行振动仿真,得到了扫频曲线以及真实振动环境输入下的随机振动曲线,得到符合理论设计的结果并为阻尼比的优化提供了依据。最后,通过振动台振动实验,得到了扫频曲线,表现出良好的隔振效果。 In order to improve the accuracy and stability of the photoelectric stabilized platform,a passive isolator was designed,based on the analysis of the vibration environment.Through the flight vibration experiment,vibration environment of the photoelectric stabilized platform installation position were obtained and the vibration resonance peak curve were obtained through the data processing.With vibration transmissibility as evaluation index,the vibration isolation system of the stabilized platform with shock absorber in parallel were designed and optimized through altering stiffness and damping parameters.A series of dynamic simulations in ADAMS obtained the resonant frequency curve and the random vibration curve in real vibration environment,which verifies the theoretical design and provides the basis for the optimization of damping ratio.Finally,through sweeping experiments,vibration curves were acquired which show a good effect of vibration isolation.
