离心挤压过滤设备的结构设计仿真

摘要 针对城市化粪池生活垃圾的处理,市场上缺乏一款效率高、能耗低的固液分离设备。针对上述问题,结合挤压过滤、离心过滤和螺旋输送原理设计了一款离心挤压过滤设备;介于通过实验获得流场数据十分困难,运用CFD数值仿真的方法进行分析,最后通过实验验证设备的功能特性。通过仿真研究了设备流场的压力和速度特性,分析了其对固液分离性能的影响,通过实验验证了设备满足设计要求,为机构的进一步设计研究提供了参考。 For the treatment of municipal domestic waste in septic tank,there is no solid-liquid separation equipment with high efficiency and low energy consumption in the market.To solve this problem,we designed a centrifugal squeeze filtration device based on principle of squeeze filtration,centrifugal filtration and screw conveyor.It is very difficult to obtain the flow field data in the experiment,so the method of CFD numerical simulation was used to analyze it's characteristic.Finally,the functional characteristics of the device was verified through experiment.The pressure and velocity characteristics of the flow field of the device were studied based on simulation,and the effect of them on the solid-liquid separation performance was analyzed.The experiment proves that the equipment can meet the design requirements and provide a reference for the further design and research of the mechanism.
