摘要
西宁X医院的田野个案显示,医患矛盾是由多种原因造成的,诊疗过程中医患双方的认知差异、诊疗情景和管理制度是影响医患关系的重要因素。从认知、诊疗情境、医院管理与制度三个方面进行分析研究,有助于较深入地理解医学诊疗实践中医患双方的矛盾,进而重视医患沟通和相互理解对于促进医患关系和谐发展的重要性。
The contradiction between doctors and patients is caused by a variety of reasons, the cognitive difference, the diagnosis and treatment situation, and the management system are the important factors that affect the harmonious rela- tionship between doctors and patients. Analysis from the three aspects of understanding, diagnosis and treatment situation, hospital management and system, contribute to a more in-depth understanding of the contradiction between patients and hos- pital medical practice, and attach importance to the doctor-patient communication and mutual understanding of the impor- tance of promoting the harmonious development of the physician-patient relationship.
