摘要
目的观察富硒地龙促进SD大鼠骨折愈合的作用,为临床治疗骨折开拓新思路和提供理论依据。方法48只健康SD大鼠切断左侧股骨中段后,行克氏针髓内固定术,制成左侧股骨骨折模型;按照随机原则分为治疗组和对照组,每组24只。治疗组按照标准用量给予富硒地龙干粉内服治疗,对照组给予等量的生理盐水内服治疗。分别于2周、4周、6周处死大鼠,进行X线片观察,取左侧股骨骨痂脱钙处理,石蜡切片,HE染色,在普通光镜下观察愈合情况,免疫组织化学检测骨形态发生蛋白-7(BMP-7)的表达。结果 DR摄片显示治疗组骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),光镜下治疗组骨折愈合情况优于对照组(P<0.05),免疫组化显示治疗组各时点BMP-7表达量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论富硒地龙干粉内服可以促进SD大鼠骨折愈合。
Objective To study the effects of se- enriched lumbricus on the expression of BMP- 7 in healing of rats fracture by oral se- enriched lumbricus aqueous solution. Methods 48 healthy SD rats were treated with Kirschner wire internal fixation after cutting off the left femur,and the left femoral fracture model was made. The 48 rats randomly were divided into treatment group（ se- enriched lumbricus group） and control group（ saline group）,24 cases in each group. The selenium- rich lumbricus group was treated by the method of taking oral se- enriched lumbricus aqueous solution according to the standard dosage while the saline group took the same dose of saline. All rats were killed after 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks and were observed by X- ray. The left femoral bone with decalcification,paraffin section and staining HE was observed by ordinary light microscope. The expression of BMP- 7 was detected by immunohistochemistry. The data were analyzed and processed by SPSS 20. 0. Results The therapy effects of the se- enriched lumbricus group were better than those of the saline group. Conclusion The oral se- enriched lumbricus dry powder could promote the healing of fracture in SD rats.
