摘要
目的观察赋能教育干预对初产妇母乳喂养行为的效果。方法 106例初产妇随机分为干预组和对照组,每组53例,对照组采用常规围产期健康教育模式,干预组在对照组基础上开展以家庭为中心的赋能教育干预,分别在干预前后进行初产妇一般情况、母乳喂养自我效能量表(BSES)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)和母乳喂养行为调查,比较两组初产妇干预前后PSSS评分、BSES评分和母乳喂养行为评分。结果干预后干预组PSSS、BSES各项指标因子评分均明显高于干预前(P<0.05);组间比较,干预组PSSS、BSES各项指标因子评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组母乳喂养行为各项及总分评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的赋能健康教育干预能有效提高初产妇领悟社会支持水平和母乳喂养自我效能,促进母乳喂养行为,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of empowerment education intervention on breast feeding behavior of primipara. Methods 106 cases of primipara were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,53 cases in each group. The control group received the routine perinatal health education and the intervention group received the family- centered empowerment education intervention besides the routine perinatal health education. The primipara generalb questionnaire,breastfeeding self- efficacy scale( BSES),perceived social support scale( PSSS) and breastfeeding behavior questionnaire were performed before and after the intervention. The scores of PSSS,BSES and breast feeding behavior were compared in the two groups before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention,the PSSS and BSES scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than before( P〈0. 01). The PSSS and BSES scores in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). The breast feeding behavior scores in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The family- centered health education intervention can effectively improve the level of perceived social support and self- efficacy of breast feeding for primipara and promote the behavior of breast feeding. So it is worth to be widely applied.
