基于中医传承辅助平台系统的中医药治疗胃食管反流病方剂的组方规律分析

Analysis on Composition Principles of Prescriptions for TCM Therapy of GERD by Using TCM inheritance Support Platform System

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5),分析中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中以中医药治疗胃食管反流病方剂的组方规律,总结目前中医药治疗胃食管反流病用药规律,并为进一步探究中医药治疗胃食管反流病的新药研发提供参考。方法:检索筛选CNKI中运用中医处方治疗GERD的文献,采用数据挖掘技术分析近年中医药治疗胃食管反流病方剂的组方规律。结果:共筛选中医药治疗胃食管反流病文献1490篇,处方242个,中药166味,归纳分析了处方中药物的四气五味,中医证型分布,常用药对,演化得到核心组合30个,新处方14首。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台软件统计分析,较好的体现了胃食管反流病的发病与脾、胃、肝密切相关,多由肝郁脾虚,胃气上逆而发本病,治疗当疏肝健脾治本,和胃降逆治标。临床可选用四逆散、四君子汤、半夏泻心汤、旋覆代赭汤作为基础方,适当配合左金丸、乌贝散为辅。但目前关于中医药治疗胃食管反流病的临床研究整体质量不高,有必要加强多中心随机对照试验进行深入研究,完善胃食管反流病用药规范。

Objective： Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support platform system,to analyze the prescription regularity of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of GERD in CNKI. Methods： Screen the treatment of GERD with TCM literature in CNKI and establish the prescriptions database. Use the method of Software integration to carry on the data mining. Analyze the prescription composition rules in the treatment of GERD. Results： A total of 1490 articles were screened for the treatment of GERD with Chinese Medicine. A total of 242 prescriptions were about treating GERD,involving 166 kinds of Chinese medicine,concluding and analyzing four natures and five flavors of the drugs,TCM syndrome types distribution,commonly-used drugs of evolution,getting 30 core combinations,14 new prescriptions. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support platform system statistical analysis better reflects the relationship of the gastroesophageal reflux disease onset with the spleen,stomach and liver. The disease is more caused by the stagnation of the liver qi and deficiency of the spleen,stomach qi on the inverse. The treatment is soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,and harmonizing stomach for descending adverse qi. Sini Powder,Sijunzi Prescription,Banxia Xiexin Prescription,Xuanfu Daizhe Prescription were selected as the foundation in clinic,with appropriate Zuojin Pill,Wubei Powder as a supplement. But at present the overall quality of clinical researches about Chinese medicine treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease is not high. It is necessary to strengthen the multi center randomized controlled trials to conduct in-depth study and improve the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease drug specifications.
