刘海起教授是国家中医药管理局第一批全国中医学术流派传承项目负责人。擅长治疗骨伤类疾病,认为椎动脉型颈椎病是本虚标实之证,以肝肾亏气血虚为本,风寒湿三邪侵蚀为标,气血亏虚是主要病机,治疗上应根据病情的寒热虚实,辨证施治在辨治。经验上有补益气血、重用黄芪;气滞血瘀、重在调气;痰湿中阻,当以温药和之。并列举1则验案以飨同道。

Professor LIU Haiqi is the project director of the first batch of national academic schools of traditional Chinese medicine for State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is good at treating the bone diseases,thinking the vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis is the root deficiency and branch excess syndrome. Kidney Qi deficiency is the root and wind-cold-dampness as the secondary causes. Deficiency of Qi and blood is the main pathogenesis. The treatment should be according to the conditions. His experience is boosting qi and blood,like using astragalus root; and treating qi stagnation and blood stasis,focusing on regulating Qi; for treating phlegm dampness,the nature drugs should be used.
