黄芪注射液对耐药肺结核患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of Astragalus Injection on Immune Function of Drug Resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的:探讨黄芪注射液对耐药肺结核免疫功能的影响。方法:选择2013年1月—2014年6月在本院治疗的耐多药性肺结核患者60例为研究对象。按照入院单双号分为研究组和对照组各30例。两组患者均给予强化期化疗及巩固期化疗。研究组在此基础上给予黄芪注射液治疗。比较临床疗效,不同时间点痰涂片转阴率及血T淋巴细胞亚群计数。结果:研究组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组在3个月、6个月、9个月及18个月时的痰涂片转阴率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,研究组CD_3^+T淋巴细胞、CD_4^+T淋巴细胞、CD_4^+/CD_8^+较治疗前显著升高,CD_8^+T淋巴细胞较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,研究组CD_3^+T淋巴细胞、CD_4^+T淋巴细胞、CD_4^+/CD_8^+显著高于对照组,CD_8^+T淋巴细胞显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:耐药肺结核在强化期化疗及巩固期化疗的基础上,给予黄芪注射液治疗,能够显著改善免疫功能,提高临床疗效及痰涂片转阴率。

Objective： To discuss the effect of Astragalus Injection on immune function of drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods： Sixty cases with drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis from Jan 2013 to Jun 2016 were selected. All cases were divided into study group and control group according to admission single and even number,each 30 cases. Two groups＇ patients were treated with intensive chemotherapy and consolidation chemotherapy. Study group was treated with Astragalus Injection. The clinical curative effect,sputum smear negative rate and blood of T lymphocyte subsets count at different time points of two groups were compared. Results： Total effective rate of study group was higher than that of the control group,which showed significant difference（ P〈0. 01）. The negative rates of sputum smear at 3,6,9 and 18 months of study group were higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 01）. After treatment,CD3^＋T lymphocyte,T CD4^＋lymphocyte,CD8^＋/ CD4^＋of study group were higher（ P〈0. 01）. After treatment,CD3^＋T lymphocyte,T CD4^＋lymphocyte and CD8^＋/ CD4^＋of study group were higher than those of the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Astragalus Injection for drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis based on intensive chemotherapy and consolidation chemotherapy can significantly improve the immune function,the clinical efficacy and the negative rate of sputum smear.
