HPLC波长切换法建立白芍甘草药对醇提物指纹图谱的研究

Study on HPLC Wavelength Switching Method to Establish Fingerprint of Paeoniae Radix Alba and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Herb Pairs of Alcohol Extract

目的:建立不同批次白芍甘草药对醇提物的指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法,Diamonsil(钻石)C18ODS(200mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水梯度洗脱,波长切换,流速为1.0 m L/min。结果:建立了白芍甘草药对醇提物的指纹图谱,其指标性成分甘草酸含量显著升高,芍药内酯苷、芍药苷略有降低。结论:白芍甘草药对配伍后有效成分含量增加,其醇提物的指纹图谱相似度较好。

Objective： The establish fingerprints of different batches of Paeoniae Radix alba and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma herb pairs alcohol extract. Methods： Use Diamonsil（ diamond） C18ODS（ 200 mm × 4. 6 m,5 μm） chromatography column. Mobile phase： acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid water,gradient elution,wavelength switching,flow rate 1. 0 m L / min. Results： The fingerprints of Paeoniae Radix alba and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma alcohol extract was established. The index component of glycyrrhizic acid increased significantly. Albiflorin and paeoniflorin decreased slightly. The fingerprints of Paeoniae Radix alba and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma were as basic two drugs and no new peaks obviously. Conclusion： Active ingredient contents after compatibility of Paeoniae Radix alba and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma herb pairs increase. The alcohol extract fingerprints have high similarity.
