摘要
目的构建一套行之有效的绩效考核体系。方法将PDCA循环运用于医院绩效管理之中,经过自下而上的绩效计划制订、绩效实施、绩效考核、绩效反馈,以顶层设计的方式凝练规范,自上而下全院推进,建立了一套适合本院的、较完善的、相对科学合理的医院绩效管理体系,同时实现考核体系信息化。结果本套科学有效的绩效考核体系调动了员工工作积极性,提高了工作效率和质量,医院发展取得了良好的社会效益。结论考核标准应尽可能量化,且全员参与是保障,信息化的运用是关键。
Objective To construct a set of effective performance appraisal system. Methods PDCA cycle is used in the hospital performance management. After the bottom - up performance plan formulation, performance implementation, performance evaluation, performance feedback, the top - down design method concisely standardized, from top to bottom the whole hospital to promote the establishment of a sets for the hospital, a more complete, relatively scientific and rational hospi- tal performance management system, while achieving assessment system information. Results A set of scientific and effec- tive performance appraisal system was constructed, which aroused the enthusiasm of the staff, improved the work efficiency and quality, and achieved good social benefits in hospital development. Conclusion The examination standard is as far as possible quantification; The full participation is the guarantee, and the informationization application is the key.
