摘要
随着医院现代化的加速建设,先进的、自动化程度越来越高的软硬件设备逐步取代旧有设备,对后勤人员管理、专业技术水平提出了更高的挑战,要求探索出一条适应当下技术飞速发展的后勤人才队伍建设道路。笔者以苏北人民医院现有后勤人才队伍为研究对象,阐述了年龄、专业、学历、技术四个方面存在的问题,并从改变后勤人才观、大力引进人才、科学培养人才以及全方位考核人才四个方面提出了具体的改革措施。
With the acceleration of the hospital modernization construction, more and more advanced software and hardware equipment will gradually replace the old equipment, thereby putting forward much higher challenge to the manage- ment and technological level of logistics personnel, which requires to explore a new way to adapt to the rapid development of technology. In this paper, a study of the existing logistics talent team of Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital was made, four aspects of problems, i.e. , age, major, education and technical problems, were pointed out, and four aspects of the specific reform measures, change of outlook on logistics talents, vigorously attracting talents, scientifically cultivating talents, and comprehensively evaluation of talents, were put forward.
