冠心病患者心率变异与氨基末端脑钠肽前体的相关性研究 被引量:5

Study on the Correlation between Heart Rate Variability and N-Terminal Pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide Value in Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者的心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)与氨基末端脑钠肽前体(N-Terminal pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide,NT-proBNP)的相关性。方法选取71例非冠心病患者及52例冠心病患者,完成动态心电图,选时域指标中SDANN代表HRV,采用电化学发光法测量NT-proBNP,分析HRV与NT-proBNP的相关性;结果冠心病组与非冠心病组相比,其HRV降低[(93.27±25.05)ms比(103.00±24.15)ms],而NTproBNP升高[(283.56±518.76)pg/m L比(60.07±104.31)pg/m L],其差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01);并且HRV与NT-proBNP呈负相关(r=-0.202,t=-2.015,P=0.047)。结论冠心病患者HRV及NT-proBNP发生改变,同时HRV是NT-proBNP水平的独立影响因素。 Objective To study the changes of heart rate variability (HRV) and N - Terminal Pro - Brain Natriuret- ic Peptide (NT -proBNP) and illustrate the correlation between heart rate variability (HRV) and NT- proBNP in coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Two groups of participants were studied in this study: 71 patients without CHDpatients and 52 patients with CHD. The time domain parameters of 24 hours HRV were detected by 24 hour electrocardiographic monito- ring; NT- proBNP was measured by electrochemiluminescence in these patients. Results The HRV value ~ (93.27 _+ 25.05 ) ms vs ( 103.00 + 24. 15 ) ms ] was lower and the NT - proBNP value [ ( 283.56 + 518.76 ) pg/mL vs ( 60. 07 -+ 104. 31 ) pg/mL] was higher in Group A than those in Group B (P 〈0. 01 ) , and HRV value was negatively correlation with NT - proBNP( r = - 0. 202, t = - 2. 015,P = 0. 047 ). Conclusion The HRV value and the NT - proBNP value in CHD pa- tients changed, which suggest that lower HRV is a potential risky factor that may affect the NT - proBNP value in patients with CHD.
