微创锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨外科颈不稳定骨折的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Minimally Invasive Locking Compression Plate in the Treatment of Unstable Neck Fractures of Humerus

目的探讨微创锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨外科颈不稳定型骨折的临床疗效。方法将2010年1月-2016年5月期间就诊并确诊的肱骨外科颈不稳定型骨折患者60例随机分为两组,其中研究组患者采取微创锁定加压钢板手术治疗,而对照组采取三叶草型钢板固定来治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果研究组的手术时间、术中的出血量以及骨折的愈合时间均明显短于对照组,临床优良率显著高于对照组,随访6个月期间的相关并发症发生率也显著低于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用微创锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨外科颈不稳定型骨折,临床疗效显著,术后愈合较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive locking compression plate in the treat- ment of unstable neck fractures of humerus. Methods 60 cases of humeral surgical neck unstable fracture diagnosed and di- agnosed in our hospital from January 2010 to May 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group pa- tients were treated with minimally invasive locking compression plate surgery, while the control group was taking clover - type plate fixation for treatment, comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results The operative time, blood loss and fracture healing time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the clin- ical excellent rate was significantly higher than the control group. The follow - up period of 6 months the incidence of compli- cations was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was significant, with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The use of minimally invasive locking compression plate for the treatment of humeral surgical instability neck fractures, clinical efficacy was significantly, and the postoperative healing is better, worthy of clinical application.
