摘要
通过对云南磷石膏进行改性制备成β型磷石膏,并掺入水泥、硅灰和减水剂制作了27个棱柱体试件,分别进行轴心抗压强度、弹性模量及泊松比试验。结果表明,掺量5%的硅灰对其强度的提高有一定的帮助;掺量0.5%的减水剂对其强度影响较大,轴心抗压强度标准值最高达到15.6MPA,最终得到的弹性模量参考值是1486N/mm^2,泊松比的参考值是0.12,同时由于磷建筑石膏高度脆性的性质,试件的主要破坏形态为劈裂状态。
A β type phosphogypsum was prepared by modifying Yunnan phosphogypsum, and then cement, silica fume and superplasticizer were added to fabricate 27 prism specimens. Afterwards, the axial compressive strength,the elastic modulus and the Poisson ratio were tested, respectively. The results show that the addition of 5 % silica fume contributes to improve its strength ; the dosage of 0.5 % water reducing agent has a great influence on the strength, and the standard value of its axial compressive strength could reach to 15.6 MPa, and the final reference value of the elastic modulus is 1486N/mm2 and the reference value of the Poisson ratio is 0.12. Additionally, The high brittlenesst of building phosphogypsum determines that the primary failure mode of the specimen is the splitting state.
