摘要
目前,全球的温室效应越来越严重,环境的治理已经刻不容缓。中国作为全球第二大经济体,将积极应对全球气候变化。本文通过分析国际上最成熟的碳交易体系——欧盟碳排放交易体系的运行机制以及运作过程中产生的一些经验和教训,并结合分析我国的碳排放交易市场的现状,为我国碳交易市场的建立和发展以及建筑管理部门应对碳交易制度提供一定的参考和启示。
Currently, the global greenhouse effect is more and more serious, so governing environmental pollution is very urgent. As the world＇s second-largest economy, China shall actively respond to global climate change. The paper analyses the operating mechanism, and the experience and lessons from the operation process of EU carbon emissions trading system that is the most mature carbon trading system in the world, and then the current situation carbon emission trading market in China was discussed, which can provide a reference and an inspiration for carbon trading system of China for construction and management department and the establishment and development of carbon trading market.
