益心解毒法治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Yixin Jiedu method on viral myocarditis

目的:观察益心解毒法治疗病毒性心肌炎的效果。方法:随机选择病毒性心肌炎患者88例,按照1∶1的方式将此次研究所选择的对象分为两组,其中对照组44例予单纯西药治疗,治疗组44例予益心解毒法治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.45%,对照组总有效率为70.45%,治疗组临床疗效显著高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用益心解毒法治疗病毒性心肌炎临床疗效确切,可促进患者早日康复,改善患者临床症状。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yixin Jiedu method on viral myocarditis. Methods： 88 cases of patients with viral myocarditis were chosen randomly. The chosen objects for research were divided into two groups in the proportion of 1∶ 1. 44 cases of control group were treated with simple western medicine,while 44 cases of treatment group were treated with Yixin Jiedu method. The clinical effects were compared in two groups. Results： The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was 90. 45%,while that in the control group was 70. 45%. After comparison of data,we found that the clinical effect of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group,the comparison of data was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The Chinical effect of Yixin Jiedu method on patients,with viral myocarditis is definite. Yixin Jiedu method can promote the early recovery of patients,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
