培坤丸联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗PCOS临床疗效观察及对激素影响研究

Peikun Pills with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in Treatment of PCOS Clinical Efficacy and its Influence on Hormones

目的：探讨多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）患者采用培坤丸与去氧孕烯炔雌醇片联合治疗的临床疗效，以及对激素的影响。方法：选取我院2014年12月至2015年12月收治的83例PCOS患者作为本次研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，对照组41例行单纯去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗，l片／次，1次／d，观察组42例行培坤丸与去氧孕烯炔雌醇片联合治疗，去氧孕烯炔雌醇片1片／次，1次／d，培坤丸9g／次，2次／d。观察3个月后，比较两组激素、体质量以及脂代谢等各项指标。结果：观察组治疗后的激素水平，包括促卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、血清总睾酮（T）等均明显优于对照组，两组差异显著（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后的体质量、胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）水平均明显优于对照组，两组差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：对PCOS患者行培坤丸与去氧孕烯炔雌醇片联合治疗，可明显改善患者的体质量、脂代谢情况，增加FSH水平，降低LH、T水平。

Objective： To explore polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） patients with clinical efficacy peikun pill with desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets of combination therapy, and the influence on hormones. Methods ： Our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were treated 83 cases of PCOS patients as this study, were randomly divided into control group and observa- tion group. The control group have 41 simple routine desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets treatment, 1 / time, 1 time/d, and the observation group have 42 routine peikun pill desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets combination therapy, desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets 1/time, 1 time/d, Peikun pill 9 g / time, 2 times/d. Observation 3 months after the index compared be- tween the two groups of hormones, body weight and lipid metabolism. Results： The observation group after treatment of hormone levels, including FSH, LH, T etc than the control group, two groups were significantly different（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;body mass the ob- servation group after treatment, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C were significantly better than the control group, two groups were sig- nificantly different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： For PCOS patients peikun pills with desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets combi- nation therapy can significantly improve the patient＇s body weight, lipid metabolism, increased FSH levels, reduce LH, T levels.
