大株红景天注射液临床合理用药分析

Analysis of the Clinic Rational Use of Sofren Injection

目的:调查某院住院患者大株红景天注射液使用情况,评价其临床应用的合理性。方法:采用病历回顾性研究方法对268份使用大株红景天注射液的病历进行统计分析,结果用Excel表格进行统计分析。结果:大株红景天注射液在本调查统计中,适应证相符的比例为59.0%,单次用药剂量的规范率为95.1%,溶媒选择规范率为71.6%,溶媒剂量规范率为97.0%,用药疗程符合率为13.4%,配伍使用率为30.6%,用药频率的规范率为100%。结论:该院在使用大株红景天注射液方面存在不合理现象,普遍存在超药品说明书使用情况。为保证用药安全合理,建议临床医师应严格按照药品说明书的要求用药。

Objective： To inveatigate the use of sofren injection of hospitalized patients,to discuss the clinic rational use of drugs.Methods： Medical records of 268 cases of patients used sofren injection were investigated and statisticed retrospectively,and the data was analyzed with Excel. Results： The investigation results showed that about 59. 0% were consistent with the indications,95. 1% with a correct single dosage,71. 6% with a right solvent dispensing,97. 0% with a correct solvent dispensing dosage,13. 4% with a correct course of treatment and 30. 6% were used with other drugs,standard administration frequency was 100%. Conclusion： The use of sofren injection in this hospital has some unreasonable aspects,and off-lable use is in common. Drugs should be used in accordance with the instructions to ensure safety and rationality.
