练习曲线在本科护生技能集训中的应用

摘要 目的探讨护生技能集训时出现"高原期"的有效教学方法,提升技能集训教学效果。方法选取参加河北省技能统考的应届护理本科生90名,随机分为对照组和实验组各45名,对照组行常模教学辅导,实验组在常模基础上应用练习曲线干预教学策略。结果实验组达标时间、考核成绩及学生学习过程的情绪体验较对照组良好。结论应用练习曲线有效干预教学策略,多种教学方法并用,可帮助学生顺利度过"高原期",完成理想的教学目标。 Objective To explore effective teaching methods in "plateau period" during skills training of nursing undergraduates. Methods 90 undergraduates participating in Hebei Unified Skills Examination for Nursing Skills were randomized into control group and experimental group (45 in each group). The control group were given normal mode tutoring and the experimental group were taught "exercise curve" teaching strategies in addition to normal mode tutoring. Results Compared with the control group, ex- perimental group had better performance in compliance time, test scores and emotional experience of learning process. Conclusion "Training curve" practice plus normal mode tutoring can help students to smoothly go through "plateau period" and complete the desired teaching objectives.
