互联网对中国区域城镇化质量的影响效应评价

Evaluation of effect of internet on quality of China regional urbanization

通过选取2005-2014年期间中国互联网及城镇化的数据,从经济发展、社会发展、生活质量、公共设施和城乡统筹5个方面来构建中国区域城镇化质量的指标评价体系,并运用熵值法对中国东、中、西、东北区域的城镇化质量进行综合比较,然后对城镇化质量与互联网普及率进行回归分析,以此从4个区域对比的角度探讨互联网对城镇化质量在不同阶段的影响效果.结果表明:1)中国城镇化质量呈现稳步上升的趋势,其中东部和西部上升较快,中部与东北部上升较慢;2)中国互联网普及率近几年有明显提高,其中东部地区上升速度最快且互联网普及率也最高,东北部次之,中部地区与西部地区互联网普及率及其增长速度都处于较低水平;3)我国各区域互联网普及率与城镇化质量呈显著的正相关关系,表现出互联网普及程度对城镇化质量具有明显的促进作用.在城镇化质量最高的东部,互联网的促进作用最为明显,效果也最为突出;而在2011年之后,当城镇化质量越高时,互联网普及率对城镇化质量的提升作用也越来越大.

This article selects the Internet and urbanization quality data of 2005-2014 from the aspects of e- conomic development, social progress, living quality, public facilities and urban-rural areas coordination to build China＇s regional urbanization quality index evaluation system, and then uses entropy value method to comprehensively compare the urbanization quality of the eastern, central, western and northeast areas of China; and the regression analysis is used to study urbanization quality and Internet penetration and dis- cuss Internet effects on the quality of urbanization in different stages from the point of four areas contrast. The results show： 1. The urbanization quality trends steadily increasing in China; the rapid rise in the east and west; central and northeast rise slower. 2. China＇s Internet penetration rate has increased significant- ly in recent years; the east region is highest and rising fastest; the northeast region is the second; in cen- tral and west region, the Internet penetration rate and its rising speed are both at lower levels. 3. Internet penetration and urbanization quality have significant positive correlation in all regions of China; they reflect that the Internet popularity has an obvious role in promoting the quality of urbanization. In the east re- gion, the urbanization quality is the highest; the Internet has most evident role in promoting and effect. After 2011, when urbanization quality go higher, the promotion effect from Internet on urbanization quality obviously.
