规范制作现场勘查记录是合格勘查人员必须具备的基本能力,也是《犯罪现场勘查》课程设置的主要实训教学目标和内容之一。南京森林警察学院《犯罪现场勘查》课程组根据"教、学、练、战"一体化教学模式的要求,针对过去现场勘查记录制作训练存在的问题,提出现场勘查记录制作"五步训练法"。该训练方法依托刑事案件电子卷宗系统,按照五个前后相继、互相作用的步骤或环节培养学生现场勘查记录制作技能。现场勘查记录制作"五步训练法"相比较于传统训练方法特点和优势都是明显的。但该训练方法在实施中还有相关事项需引起注意。

Standardized production of crime scene investigation record is the basis ability that qualified investigators must possess and is also one of the main training teaching objectives and contents of the course setting of ＂crime scene investigation＂. ＂Crime scene investigation＂ of Nanjing Forest Police College put forward ＂five - step training method＂ according to the requirements of the integrated teaching model with ＂teaching, learning, practice and combat＂ in it and the problems in the previous production of crime scene inves- tigation record. This training method bases on the electronic file system of criminal cases and cultivates the skills of students in produc- tion of scene investigation record with five steps or links that are successive and interactive. Compared with traditional training method, ＂five -step training method＂ is obvious in characters and advantages. However, the relevant issues in the training method need to be paid attention to in the implementation.
