公安院校体质健康教育贯彻"以人为本"的教育理念,更多地体现在以学生的运动兴趣和运动意愿为本,采用选修课或俱乐部的形式进行教学。在教学实践中,选修课或俱乐部教学形式有其积极的一面,但也有诸多问题存在。因此,体质健康教育贯彻以人为本的教育理念,应实施柔性教学管理;注重人文课程的开发和知识与技能学习的系统性;教学效果应重视心理素质的评价和肯定。

Physical health education in police colleges carries out the educational idea of people oriented, takes selective course or club as teaching form with sports interest and sports desire of students as foremost. In teaching practice, the teaching form of selective course and club has several problems as well as being positive. So physical health education carries out the educational idea of people oriented, takes flexible teaching management, emphasizes the development of humane course and the systematic learning of knowledge and skill. Teaching results should emphasize the assessment of psychological quality and affirmation.
